Key Takeaways

The white label program proved that premium packaging doesn't have to be custom—it can be strategic and modular. By creating flexible templates with high production standards, we enabled small businesses to access quality packaging without prohibitive costs. The integrated brewing guide added perceived value to the product while serving a practical purpose. This project demonstrated the importance of designing for scalability and flexibility: systems that work for one customer should work for many. The fast customization process was key to adoption, allowing partners to launch new products quickly without months of design cycles.
