Case Study
White Label Bags
White label wholesale packaging design with integrated brewing guides and flexible label system for coffee businesses.
Problem & Context
Small coffee roasters and retailers wanted to offer their own branded coffee products but lacked the resources for custom packaging design. There was a market need for premium, professional white label solutions that could be quickly customized with partner branding while maintaining quality and consistency.
The challenge was creating a flexible yet professional packaging system that could scale to multiple partners while remaining cost-effective and fast to customize.
My Role
I designed the complete white label packaging system, including bag dielines, label layouts, brewing guide integration, and customization guidelines. My work included developing the flexible label system, creating production specifications, and establishing a process for quick partner customization without sacrificing design quality.

The integrated brewing guide added perceived value to the product while serving a practical purpose. This project demonstrated the importance of designing for scalability and flexibility: systems that work for one customer should work for many. The fast customization process was key to adoption, allowing partners to launch new products quickly without months of design cycles.
